Game Operations
Schedule, plot, NPCs, mods, and monsters. This is the room where the game actually runs.
Schedule is live
Your existing compact Google-Calendar-style war board is now inside Game Operations with its Sheet save/load, mod notes, repeatables, library, printing, and Focus Board intact.
Plot & NPCs is live
The Who's Who board pulls the selected event roster and, when the Plot Records backend is installed, shares character profiles, recurring NPCs, and plot threads between GMs.
Mods use the existing library
Rather than duplicate mod data, the Mods room jumps directly into the Schedule's Mod Notes, Repeatables, or Mod Library views.
Mod Schedule
Add as many mods as you need to each time row. Drag a card to another row or before another card, or use its Move menu. + New Mod opens the full form; all details are optional. Changes are backed up in this browser; Save to Sheet shares them.
Who's Who
Fast GM lookup for registered characters, recurring NPCs, and active plot threads.
Mods
Your current mod system already lives inside the schedule, so this room acts as a clean doorway into those working tools instead of creating a second competing database.
Mod Notes
Open the existing mod database grouped by game/event, including descriptions, staff needs, props, timing, and linked schedule details.
Repeatable Mods
Open the repeatable encounter list already built into the war board.
Mod Library
Open the reusable mod library without maintaining duplicate records elsewhere.
The schedule already knows which mods belong to which event and time block. Keeping Mod Notes and the Mod Library there means a later upgrade can link monsters and NPCs to the same mod record instead of reconciling two copies.
Monsters
This is the one genuinely new library left on this page. I left the room useful and structured rather than pretending we already have monster records.
Combat Snapshot
Monster name, type, Vitality, armor layers, movement notes, basic damage, defenses, immunities, and calls.
Abilities
Named powers, delivery method, cost or cooldown, exact call, duration, and staff-facing explanation.
Encounter Notes
Costume, number needed, roleplay instructions, loot, weaknesses, escalation, and which Mods use the creature.
Until we build the dedicated bestiary, monsters that are recurring named characters can live in the NPC Library with their mechanics in the Combat Notes field.
